You misunderstood. I am talking not about delivery, but about payment. With delivery latest 24.12.24 payment till the end of year means latest 31.12.24. Now it means PAYMENT till the end of the year. Revise carefully and reasonably please.

Your initial term was delivery till December 24. In this case delay till 31.12..24 was OK. But now formally you require delay till 31.12.25. Nobody will accept this term. Same as the term "if we will have money...". Delete that.
