Відповідь: Dear Participant! According to Appendix 2, “Specifications,” the ribbon width is specified as 105 mm, a measurement chosen to ensure that the ribbon is 3–5 mm wider than the label with the thermal head protection liner. Since the customer’s label width is 100 mm, the ribbon width has been set to 105 mm, which is the most commonly available size on the market. At the same time, the regulatory framework for ribbon dimensions is determined solely by the internal technical specifications (TU) of specific consumables manufacturers and the technical recommendations of printer manufacturers (Zebra, TSC, Godex, etc.) regarding the safe operation of print heads. Manufacturers cut ribbons from master rolls (logos) either to custom specifications or according to a standard size grid. Therefore, we consider it inappropriate to make changes to the tender documentation.
