Your TD on 11 pages is better than 15 pages of your Kyiv HQ. You know the result of their tender. I afraid you will have the same no matter of a bit shorter list. If you want another result, you should not list each "bell and whistle" but describe its FUNCTION AND STANDARDS. AOZ, for example, now buying same or more complicated vehicles, but TR is on one page. They issued only today tenders for over 200 trucks. Nobody is interested to follow hundreds of parameters. And nobody NEEDS that. Think well.
