We just won tender for same pipes as SINGLE BIDDER. That means that NOBODY ELSE is able to offer them now. And instead of providing attractive terms, you are making idiotic amendments. Do you think that a crowd of bidders is desperate to bid to you? Really?
It doesn't mean that we cannot perform this tender. We were intended to bid. But now intention is changed. Do you know saying that with some people is "better to lose than to win"?
