You seem like cutting a dog's tail in a portion... WTH you have issued that tender, which have delivery time of 2.5 years, again for one week over the weekend?
This tender just failed once. Sec. 34 of CMU 1178 (which is entirely a sabotage...) is only allowance, not obligation, for simplified tenders. Do you know what means "simplified"? It is the entire tender docs of 3-4 pages and product really simple. Is your tender simple or simplified? What is the reason of such "horse racing"? Use your head please not only for food consuming. Provide AT LEAST 15-30 days as required by Laws 922.
