Dear Tender team,
1.In Technical Specification Lot 1_Annex A: Item 4. Place of installation: Indoor installation. Please provide the indoor ambient temperature, such as minimum, maximum, and annual average temperature, is not provided.
2.In Technical Specification Lot 1_Annex A, Item 46 states: Type of 3.15 kV bushings, name and country of the manufacturer: Cable 3.15 kV. The LV side outgoing line needs to be through a sleeve or a component with the same function, and cannot be directly connected to the cable.
3.Technical specification Lot 1_Annex A
Item 46.：Possibility of connecting transformer oil gas content monitoring system to the lower collector of transformer cooling system shall be envisaged. Please clarify the type of gas to be collected for online oil chromatography monitoring, and whether it is necessary to monitor trace amounts of water"
4.In the Technical Specification Lot 2_Annex C parameter table: Item 9 states: Climatic category: U1. Please clarify the specific environmental conditions for U1, or the relevant standard number referenced by U1.
5.In the "Technical Specification Lot 2_Annex C Parameter Table":
Item 10 specifies: HV winding:
Rated voltage: 165kV
Insulation level: uniform
Item 30 specifies: HV Neutral winding bushing:

a. Item 30, HV Neutral winding bushing, should specify: Rated voltage.
b. Clarify whether the HV winding is fully insulated or graded insulated, so that the correct rated voltage can be selected for the HV Neutral winding bushing.
6.In the Technical Specification Lot 2_Annex C parameter table: Item 14, No-load losses at rated frequency, requires the owner to provide a guaranteed value.
7.In the Technical Specification Lot 2_Annex C parameter table: Item 15, No-load current at rated frequency, requires the owner to provide a guaranteed value.

Dear Participant.
Thank you for your explanation and we are providing an answer.
1. Air temperature in the room of auxiliary transformers shall be +5℃ to +40℃
2. Type of 3.15 kV inputs - cables, i.e. the LV terminals of the transformer shall be connected by cables using a cable sleeve
3. The Supplier must ensure compliance with clause 7.26 of the Technical Specifications for Lot 1 Section V – Schedule of Requirements, namely:
The monitoring and automatic control system for power oil-immersed equipment shall perform the following functions: registration and monitoring of gases dissolved in the transformer oil, with tanks of all power transformers being equipped with devices monitoring at least 9 gases (Н2, С2Н2, СО, СО2, СН4, С2Н4, С2Н6, О2, N2);
registration and control of moisture content in transformer oil for all tanks;
registration and control of the temperature of the upper layers of oil (surface sensor);
recording of ambient temperature and humidity;
displaying operational and archived information on the screen of the operator's automated workstation (AWS) via two duplicated Station Bus networks of the SCADA with the possibility of automatic diagnostics of the controlled power equipment from several AWS;
generation of warning and alarm signals for all monitored parameters;
recording and storage of the obtained information throughout the entire period of the equipment operation with automatic backup of data on the technical condition of the equipment during the operation. The database of the measured parameters shall be formed and stored on the hard disk in the monitoring block (MB) controller, while ensuring the preservation of the information directly taken from the primary sensors for at least 25 years;
monitoring block (MB) shall ensure autonomous collection, processing and accumulation of diagnostic information in the absence of communication with the AWS;
the monitoring system shall provide autonomous collection, processing and storage of measured information;
any failures in the monitoring system shall lead neither to the failure of primary sensors and measuring systems (analog and relay ones), nor to the loss of information from functioning devices, nor to the generation of false signals;
availability of system self-diagnostics;
control system integration into the SCADA - according to IEC 61850-8-1 protocol (two interfaces);
remote viewing of operational and archived data using the built-in WEB server.
4. Environmental conditions У1 are described in the requirements specified in clause 5.1 "Environment conditions for outdoor installation" Technical specification for Lot 2 Section V – Schedule of Requirements"
5. According to Annex C, Technical Data Sheet for the Auxiliary Power Transformer, item 30 High-voltage neutral bushing: it is specified that the insulation of the high-voltage neutral bushing is RIP, and the rated voltage for the high-voltage neutral bushing is 72.5 kV.
6. According to Annex C, Technical Data Sheet for the Auxiliary Power Transformer, item 14 No-load losses at rated frequency: the Supplier shall provide its guaranteed values and comply with the condition that the permissible deviation is +15% in accordance with DSTU EN 60076-1:2016.
7. According to Annex C, Technical Data Sheet for the Auxiliary Power Transformer, item 15 No-load current at rated frequency: the Supplier shall provide its guaranteed values and comply with the condition that the permissible deviation is +30% in accordance with DSTU EN 60076-1:2016.
8. According to Annex C, Technical Data Sheet for the Auxiliary Power Transformer, item 15 No-load current at rated frequency: the Supplier shall provide its guaranteed values and comply with the condition that the permissible deviation is +30% in accordance with DSTU EN 60076-1:2016.
9. According to Annexx C, Technical Data Sheet for the Auxiliary Power Transformer, item 17 Short-circuit reactance at 75°C and rated power: the Supplier shall provide its guaranteed values and comply with the condition that the permissible deviation is +10% in accordance with DSTU EN 60076-1:2016.
10. Annexes A and C are annexes to the specified specifications, and references in Annexes A and C to the technical specifications shall be understood as the corresponding requirements defined in clauses 3.1 and 3.2 of item 3 “Technical Specifications”, Section V – List of Requirements in RFQ UHE-CERC-TR-6

For Lot 2 , on the e-tender the delivery location is Seredniodniprovska HPP and in the RFQ the delivery address is 1 Dnipro. Please see below the copied information from the RFQ Price schedule Lot 2 =>> "10 MVA/150 kV auxiliary transformer for “Dnipro HPP” Branch [insert the manufacturer and model] [insert proposed Delivery Date] 2 pcs. Dear Supplier.
The RfQ specifies two lots with their respective delivery locations as follows:
Lot 1 «10 MVA/150 kV auxiliary transformer for “Dnipro HPP” Branch» - Dnipro HPP
Lot 2 «10 MVA/150 kV auxiliary transformer for “Seredniodniprovska HPP” Branch» - Seredniodniprovska HPP
The delivery quantities are specified in the List of Goods and Delivery Schedule (ANNEX 1 - Purchaser’s Requirements) and are reflected in the Price Schedules provided separately for each lot.
Please note that for each lot, there is a set of Price Schedules depending on the origin of the Goods and the Supplier's location:
- Quotation for Goods: Price Schedule 1 For Goods to be supplied from outside the Purchaser’s country
- Quotation for Goods: Price Schedule 2 For Goods to be supplied from within the Purchaser’s country
- Quotation for Related Services:
Price Schedule 3
- Total Quotation: Price Schedule 4
These Price Schedules are repeated for each lot to account for specific requirements (composition of supply, quantities, etc.). Detailed instructions for completing these tables are provided in paragraphs 23 and 24 of the RfQ.
All information provided in the RfQ is clearly structured and ensures consistency across all tables corresponding to each respective lot.
Please review the RfQ requirements once more, taking into account the clarifications provided.
