In case of a FCA delivery and considering the risk of potentially strong price fluctuations and the rather low price for Methanol right now, could you narrow down this time window? Відповідь: Dear partners, Please take note that under conditions of Contract draft (Annex№4 to tendering documentation), delivery is foreseen within 180 days in quantities under delivery orders provided by the Buyer in line with his actual production needs. The contract draft also foresees price correction formula in case of ICIS quote changes, therefore changing the above delivery conditions is unreasonable. Шановні партнери, Просимо звернути увагу, що згідно з умовами проекту Договору (Додаток №4 до ТД), поставка передбачається протягом 180 днів у кількості згідно рознарядок, наданих Покупцем відповідно до його фактичних виробничих потреб. У проекті Договору також передбачена формула коригування ціни у разі зміни котирування ICIS, тому внесення змін у зазначені вище умови поставки недоцільно.

Опис: Dear Sir or Madame, We will not be able to grant a term of payment as you ask for in ТД_Метанол_23Т-250 under 4.5. This means in case of FCA delivery, the payment must be done after lifting the product. At latest before the next truck is loaded the payment must be done or the new truck needs to wait. In case of a DAP delivery, the payment is due after the Methanol was unloaded at your warehoues. At latest before the next truck will be unloaded the payment must be done or the truck needs to wait. Where can we point this out in our proposal as a deviating requirement? Thanks. Kind regards, JL
Відповідь: Dear Partners, Payment conditions of 15 days net are approved standard conditions of the Company, deferred payment terms are being used in our contracts for methanol procurement since Q3, 2022, therefore changing the above payment conditions is unreasonable. Standard form of tender bid (Annex №3 to tendering documentation) does not foresee offering commercial conditions deviating from conditions of tendering documentation Шановні партнери, Умови оплати 15 днів по факту поставки є затвердженими стандартними умовами Товариства, умови відстрочки платежу до 30 к.д. використовуються в наших контрактах на закупівлю метанолу з 3 кварталу 2022 року, тому зміна вищезазначених умов оплати є недоцільною. Стандартна форма цінової пропозиції (Додаток №3 до ТД) не передбачає внесення комерційних умов, відмінних від умов тендерної документації

Відповідь: Dear Partners, Please be advised that one participant may submit only one bid, therefore we regard it reasonable to select the offer on Incoterms basis giving the most competitive price/adjusted price. Шановні партнери, Звертаємо увагу, що один учасник може подати лише одну тендерну пропозицію, тому ми вважаємо за доцільне вибрати базис Incoterms пропозиції з найбільш конкурентною ціною/приведеною ціною.

According to your request, we will arrange translation of bidding documents into English and further prolong bids submission period in accordance with the law. Please take note price adjustment table English version (аppendix No. 7 to the bidding documents) has already been added to the electronic procurement system.
