Amount of services provided: up to 3,500 insurance policies; 4 (four) insurance programs (tentatively: Classic – 2,446 policies, Prestige – 940 policies, Elite – 100 policies, and VIP – 14 policies). Amount of services to be provided: according to Annex 1 to the tender documents “Specifications of voluntary health services”. Place for provision of services: Ukraine, excluding residential areas where local authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers. From 1 August 2019 through 31 July 2022 (36 months).
