The signatory specified in the text of the bank guarantee must coincide with the signatory who imposed the CEP. If the signatory is not the Chairman of the Board, the authority of the person signing the guarantee must be confirmed by a scanned copy of the relevant document of the Guarantor (power of attorney, etc.) with the CEP of the authorized person of the Guarantor who signed the guarantee. The financial security (coverage) of the guarantee must be confirmed by the following documents (provided as part of the tender offer): • a certificate issued by the guarantor bank, certified by the signature of the authorized person of the guarantor bank, which must contain the details of the guarantee, the terms of the guarantee, the date of such certificate, the name of the principal, his identification code, and certify that the guarantee is covered by at least than it is provided by the terms of this tender documentation (or the monetary equivalent of which is not less than the amount provided by the terms of this tender documentation) with the indication of the account number for accounting of funds in settlements or for the account for accounting of attracted deposits; • a document directly confirming the provision (coverage) of the guarantee: an extract from the account of the funds in the calculations or the account for the account of deposits (deposits), which must indicate that the participant credited the appropriate amount of funds to cover the guarantee in accordance with this tender documentation (or write-off of such funds by the guarantor bank for their reservation on the relevant account, etc.). The text of the bank guarantee may not contain: conditions on the obligatory provision by the Principal of written confirmation of the occurrence of the guarantee case and the reasons for its occurrence; conditions for termination of the guarantor's obligation under the guarantee in case the guarantor receives the original of this guarantee; conditions on complicating the procedure of return of tender security (requirements for providing the Beneficiary with any supporting documents, including documents confirming the right to sign a written request, etc.). The text of the guarantee must contain a reference to the tender documentation (indicating the date of approval) and / or an announcement for this procurement (with reference to the number in the central database of the electronic procurement system "Prozorro").
