Official complaint regarding the procurement process № 18П-151 від 21.08.2018 р EPI Limited would like to lodge an official complaint and investigation into the procurement process for the above named procurement for the following reasons: The documents that EPI Ltd uploaded to the zakupki.prom.ua website prior to the auction, and in order to qualify to participate in the auction, were in line with the required documentation. We have down-loaded the other bidders’ submitted documentation and on review this does not appear to be in-line with the requirements to participate in the auction! The reasons given for disqualification on the grounds of missing documentation, as given in the rejection letter, are inaccurate and / or require clarification.
