Прилади обліку електричної енергії

Асортимент, кількість товару та інші умови закупівлі визначені у тендерній документації та додатках до неї. Тендерна документація додається (ТД). Згідно умов цієї процедури закупівлі, тендерною документацією вважається сукупність інформації у вигляді заповнених електронних полів в розділі "Тендерна документація" та прикріпленого текстового документу «ТД», що містить всю іншу інформацію, передбачену згідно ст. 22 Закону.

Вирішення: «Добрий день! Запропонована Вами наступна редакція строків поставки «заплановано за взаємною згодою між покупцем і продавцем» або подібними є неприйнятною. Згідно Вашої пропозиції, взагалі відсутні строки поставки партії товару. Таким чином, товар Замовник буде отримувати згідно Ваших побажань, а то і в кінці року. Згідно п. 5.1 Додатку 3 до тендерної документації ПРОЕКТ ДОГОВОРУ ПРО ЗАКУПІВЛЮ з зазначенням порядку змін його умов, строк поставки товарів – «з дати підписання договору до 31.12.2024 року, але в будь якому випадку не пізніше 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з моменту подання Покупцем заявки на поставку партії товару від Покупця в електронному вигляді, а у випадку здійснення Покупцем повністю або частково попередньої оплати – з моменту зарахування коштів на рахунок Постачальника. Постачання проводиться у відповідності до заявки ПАТ «Черкасиобленерго», за кількістю і номенклатурою». Замовник мав на увазі, що весь обсяг товару (22 найменування згідно специфікації додатку 2 до тендерної документації) буде замовлятися невеликими партіями на протязі строку дії Договору згідно реального фінансування та потреб Замовника. Мінімальна партія поставки від одної одиниці – згідно заявки Замовника. Поставка товару проводиться після отримання Учасником (Постачальником) заявки від Замовника (Покупця), у строк, що не може бути більше, ніж 20 днів. Обґрунтування вимоги: необхідність закупівлі Товару, невеликими партіями, у розрізі загального обсягу закупівлі, пов'язана із особливим характером роботи Замовника, що полягає у забезпеченні безперебійного розподілу електричної енергії на території Черкаської області, та обумовлене фінансовим становищем та внутрішньою політикою підприємства Замовника. Також, Рішенням Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг (далі НКРЕКП), прийнятим на відкритому засіданні Постановою №2638 від 29.12.2023р., було схвалено Інвестиційну програму ПАТ «Черкасиобленерго» на 2024 рік. На виконання Наказу «Про інвестиційну діяльність ПАТ «Черкасиобленерго на 2024 рік.» № 15 від 10.01.2024 р. необхідно придбати матеріали для виконання Розділу ІІ Інвестпрограми на 2024 р. На сьогоднішній день, Замовник не планує змінювати строки та умови постачання. Замовник буде і в подальшому дотримуватися недискримінаційного та неупередженого відношення до всіх Учасників. Also, the Decision of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Fields of Energy and Communal Services (hereafter NCRECP), adopted at an open meeting by Resolution No. 2638 dated 12.29.2023, approved the Investment Program of PJSC "Cherkasioblenergo" for 2024.
